Post Removing the door panel
I am struggling with the door panel. I have removed the 6 srews and removed the door handle screw. But it seem like I am missing something. Do I need to remove the speaker and is there a screw behind there? The pull handle does not seem to be attached to anything, but I removed the 4 screws there.

Any advice?

Pull the panel out slightly on the bottom, then lift the panel up (it rests on a lip on top of door)

Thanks John, is there anything holding the door at the front of the door, other than the screw below the split? There seems there is something holding the front.

I don't think so, may want to pull the speaker grille off and see. It's been a long time since i have pulled those panels.

Just had to go through disassembling the door. In my case, besides the screws there was some sort of sealant applied on the inside of the pannel, so get something no scratching (wood op plastic) and pry the pannel aout little by little breaking the seal. In my case the sealant was applied only at the bottom half of the pannel. When done with sealant follow Johns suggestion: pull bottom half out a bit then push up.
