Re: Looking to buy an Automatic I know very few of the Auto's where made & they also have a reduced HP rating. But they are out there if you are a serious buyer...

Re: Looking to buy an Automatic We produced 55 automatic vehicles and were equipped with the 4.6L 2 valve motor rated @ 260HP.This motor supercharges very well.

Re: Looking to buy an Automatic Awh I thought is was 260HP... Thats the Police interceptor motor... Its very nice... And durable... Cops use them hard day in & day out...

Re: Looking to buy an Automatic Yes your right... It was used in that as well... Do you know if the Mustang GT SOHC motor used forged internals like the SVT Cobra DOHC? I don't think it did... Grantyed with an Auto your not reving the motor nearly the same...
