Post BATTERY ISSUES
Hello, Old #94 is tucked away for the winter BUT I have some battery issues that I hope you all could help with.

1) Is there a way to charge the battery from under the hood without removing the battery access door from behind the passenger side front tire? It's a tight fit in there.

2) My battery access door screws seem to spin -- stripped -- any suggestions on getting these to hold tight? Larger screws? I'd hate to lose that plastic access door.

3) Can the battery be removed from under the hood, or (once again) must it all happen through the access door?

4) Is there a recommended battery for the Qvale?

Thanks! Happy Holidays to All Qvale Owners (and Everyone Else)

Thanks John, I'll check it out! I've had the car out a few times this winter, top down -- as if it needed any additional mojo to attract attention!

I still want those 18" wheels and some other goodies, but money is tight so I must wait awhile...I should however get that Antera valve stem adapter thing in case I never need to add air -- if you send me a paypal money request for that item I'll pay immediately and perhaps you can ship to...

Hello John,

Thanks for sending that Antera valve stem kit. Nice NOS!

Say, I can not find that battery charging tech link you posted. Can you direct me there?

Thanks

Steven.

Look for the "battery tender installation" pictorial in the "technical section"
