I just got off the phone with BMC and discovered that John's apparently retired. :shock:

The person answering the phone didn't even know who he was and she eventually transferred me to Bruce Qvale's assistant who filled me in. John, you're going to be missed!

Indeed retired from BMCD, and is continuing as the Keeper of the Marque, but out of Greenville, SC. He frequents the board and will no doubt check in to this thread soon.
