Post Wiring Diagram? Gas Cap and Trunk
Well now that I have completed fixing my drivers window, and gotten all the panels back together. I thought I would try on the latest issue for the Mangusta, getting the electrical release for the gas cap to work. I have been pulling the emergency release in the trunk, as the button in the glove compartment does not seem to work. In fact, neither the trunk or the gas cap release work. I checked with the former owner, and he said they never worked. Much like the rear defog and cigarette lighter, maybe the fact that this car was more of a proto than production car, these things were never to work. But I thought I would try, but there does not seem to be a wiring diagram posted anywhere. Has anyone seen one?

More than likely the gas lid solenoid is not working..make sure it has power to the solenoid and that the pin for releasing the gas lid is not stuck. How do yu get fuel into it.?

John I thought the same thing, but does it seem strange tha both the trunk and gas do not work? Checked the pin on the gas release, but it moves fine. There is no sound on the gas or trunk buttons, and the trunk works with the key remote.
