Owners manual-----Pulsating lights

Hi All. I'm new first day. Live in South Carolina. 2 weeks ago I bought a mangusta. It did not come with an owners manual.
Anyone know how I may find one.

Also my lights are pulsating at night with them on. So quick you hardly notice them. You do notice the clock on the dash doing it. Alternater and all is fine. Would love help with these 2 problems.

For anyone checking this thread...
Been there, done that, EXACTLY as described.
Varying alternator/regulator output causes this, and it can be intermittent, making proper diagnosis problematic. It gets progressively worse, and you'll eventually get a charging system warning light.
First, check to see that all the connections on the regulator gang plug are in good order. If the larger fitting is tight, the plug will feel well-connected whilst other connections may have bad contact.
If upon inspection all the individual connections are in good shape and not spread apart so as to cause poor contact, (or you have worked on the connections to correct such a problem) and the pulsation persists, then you're looking at an alternator replacement.
The hardest part of that is getting enough leverage on the idler pulley to re-seat the drive belt.
