Just wanted to run this by you guys and see if it may be a fuse as the window has no power to it at all.

Could it be more than a fuse?

Check the switch !

Have you pulled the door panel and verified no power at the regulator motor.??

If power at the motor , sounds like a regulator is bad, especially on the passenger side which do not see much use.
