attached is the official invitation to the Hilton Head Concours show
it will be a great opportunity to gather and finally meet each other
we are looking for a great turn out and we will be able to display at least 8 cars.
As John had mentioned we will plan on getting together the Friday evening for an informal dinner with special guest Bruce Qvale.
The weekend includes the Car Club Showcase on Saturday and the Concours on Sunday. Our registration cost is $30 which gives you
two passes for both days.
Once we have a group registered we will receive information about reserved blocks and discounts at the local hotels.

Dear Harlan,
We are pleased to invite you and your Car Club, Qvale Mangusta Club, to participate in the 2015 Car Club Showcase to be held on Saturday, October 31, 2015. Your Club can bring up to eight cars to this year’s event. This year’s Motoring Festival will be back at our new venue, the Port Royal Golf Club, here on Hilton Head Island. We believe you will be pleased with our new home and the events we have planned for the 14th Annual Motoring Festival.
Here are some key things that we want to make you aware of:
· The Exhibitor’s Lounge – A new feature added last year, a tent on the showfield for your convenience throughout the day for coffee and pastries in the morning, cold drinks throughout the day on Saturday, and a great place to view the Awards Ceremony at the end of the day.
· The Arrival Process – You will be assigned an arrival time; and we would appreciate it if you would arrive at the assigned time in order to minimize your wait to get on the showfield. We will send additional details as we get closer to the event including on-sight registration, arrival details and directions.
· We are adding a new event this year called the Aero Expo. It will feature vintage aircraft, and it will be held on Saturday only at the nearby Hilton Head Island Airport. You can visit this event via a shuttle on the White Showfield all day Saturday.
· The Cars of England, Volvo, Thunderbirds, and Chrysler family will be our featured marques this year.
· We will use the same online registration process as in prior years, and it is available NOW for individual registrations by going to:
http://hhimotoringfestival.com/events/registration.html, and registering under CAR CLUB SHOWCASE. Attached you will find “Step-by-Step” instructions for the online registration process.
· We will have the same awards line-up again this year with Crescent Awards and many special awards.
· The Car Signs will be used again this year, and we encourage you to have your members fill out the Car Facts when registering in order to make the signs more informative to our attendees, and an even better souvenir of the event for your Club members.
