Re: Welcome to the Mangusta Owners Forum
Thanks for the forum, I think I saw your car at BMC a few weeks ago. Mine was in getting new roto top motors and Billy showed me a very good looking two tone car that I think is this one. Matt Johnson yellow on black #69

Re: Welcome to the Mangusta Owners Forum
I just purchased a 2001 model #237 a Red with Tobacco interior with 9k miles. Knew the previous owner for a few years and it took that long to get him to sell it to me. Thanks Scott! I know he checks in here occassionally and he turned me on to it. This car is in absolutely perfect condition after having been garaged for its entire life and very well maintained.
Previous owner told me I would lose my anonimity and he was right, again. Can't drive anywhere without turning heads on each side of the road. Seems everytime I park it someone is up nosing around it and taking cell phone pics.
Needless to say, I am loving being a new Qvale "Ambassador". Need to have a nice little "canned" history to provide everyone who asks. Can't go get a simple coffee in the morning anymore!

Re: Welcome to the Mangusta Owners Forum
#28 I had registered some time ago but I have never introduced myself to the other forum members. My name is Sam and I live in the New Orleans area. 2000 Qvale Mangusta Le Tigre Yellow, six speed, supercharged by Sean Hyland (I'm told (I'm not the original owner)). I love this car. It handles better than any I've driven (for agressive/ offensive driving). have yet to see anything like this on the interstate or anywhere else in this area. I've been on the roads much longer than many of us here I imagine as I'm sort of publicly employed. Seen a few old Lamborghini's (mostly Diablo) sor=me Gallardos, a few F430s and Maseratis. Nothing like this. I was driving in today and just as some people admired the car and let me in so that they could look at it, a few sped up and attempted to make me get in behind them. ATTEMPTED. I accelerated (phenomenally) and moved over thanks for nothing lady. These cars in my opinion should've been a big hit. I flew over to Florida to purchase mine for a fraction of what I'd have been willing to pay (after a test drive). My airbag lite stays on, keyfob alarm doesn't open or lock the doors, have to use key to unlock for now. My improvements are Panasonic CQ-TX5500W Stereo and soon Alpine F1 status speakers. Sorry for the crappy pictures, (picture phones are like Chinese Restaurants. Just when you get enough sugar in your tea and its perfect, they attack you with refills and mess up the flavor). Yes, that is the Superdome in the rear and not an unidentified 747 attacking flying object.
