my cd changer has jammed. i have emailed nakamichi with no results. anyone know how i can get it serviced? i am on long island, ny.kk #153

Lower left corner of the face plate on the Nakamichi is a "reset" .Insert a small pin /safety pin to reset the carriage and they should eject.If more than one is stuck it may have to be dismantled and the cd's taken out manually.
